What to Expect
Monday
Check-in and lunch (included).
4:00 PM opening gathering and practice in the yoga studio.
Tea and café beverages available throughout each day.
Daily Rhythm
Each morning includes a steady, accessible vinyasa practice — both strong and soft — integrated with breathing exercises and guided meditation.
Afternoons include practical Ayurveda education designed for modern householder life.
Evenings before dinner may include yoga, guided creative sessions, music, or yoga nidra.
During the Week

Practices are steady and accessible for both newer and experienced students. No prior experience with yoga or Ayurveda is required.

Location
The retreat is held at The Oak Tree Inn in the village of Balmaha, with straightforward public access from Glasgow.
Surrounded by walking trails, Milarrochy Bay, Conic Hill, and the shores of Loch Lomond.
Dining
Dining included in package, three meals per day plus Monday lunch. The diverse, quality and copious selections on The Oak Tree Inn's dining menu is impressive. St. Mocha Coffee Shop
Unlimited cozy beverages are available next door to our yoga studio on The Oak Tree Inn property. You'll get to know the nice baristas who ensure we are set with our lattes and such.

Single pricing starts at standard room; upgrades available for loch view and more space.
Double pricing includes "superior" room for spaciousness.
Beyond-comfortable standard rooms ensures comfortable night's sleep.
Your basic amenities from coffee, tea, ironing, wifi, housekeeping is included.
