This retreat is an offering
Dear Reader,
This retreat is, in many ways, an offering. You’re giving me the chance to share and refine my craft, my dharma—my purpose, while we explore yoga and Ayurveda practices to restore your vitality...support the deep rest your nervous system probably needs.
I hope you join.
Retreats alone rarely rebuild or reset us for the long term. What I offer is immersive time to experience these practices and learn how to carry them forward. You’ll leave with tools and resources to keep the lessons alive in your daily life.
Creating a daily rhythm—a routine that builds your capacity and connection—can shift how you show up for yourself and those around you. This isn’t about how often you step on your yoga mat, but how you integrate accessible yoga and Ayurveda into your life.
I'd love to share this experience with you and help you return home feeling restored & inspired.
In gratitude,
— Lisa Owens

What past guests are saying
“I loved the retreat presentation, but honestly it was the follow-up stuff like recordings for practicing the same meditations. I still use her little breath audio .”
— Eva, 28, Cincinnati
“After her discussion on sleep support, I started the foot oiling and yoga poses, and have been sleeping better!
— Erica, 45, Virginia
“Lisa's Ayurvedic teaching has made a huge impact on - not just as a yoga teacher, but in my personal life. She taught me the importance of nourishing myself as a way of staying resilient. She said, "Prana is the teacher" and I reflect on that quote often. Lisa is gentle, clear and she has a sense of humor. I look forward to working with her again!
— Liz C., Cincinnati OH
“[Since a nutrition workshop] I've began eating lunch mindfully. I stopped rushing, stopped putting myself after that next email...I quit multi-tasking on my phone, & I just eat. It feels so good!! I did not expect that!
